Who we ARE

Patient Care Alliance, Los Angeles - PCA-LA - is a MMJ Trade Association dedicated to the protection, promotion, and empowerment of LA-based collectives & dispensaries, member cultivators, and especially our patients' rights to safe, effective, and easily accessible medicine. We were founded as a registered 501(c) Trade Association with the state of California solely to serve our community, so that we can "Create Unity In Our Community."

We are a membership-driven organization focused only on one mission: to serve our members best interests by working more closely together to establish and exercise greater legal, political, and financial power over our own industry within Los Angeles and beyond. We have developed a first class Board of Directors by recruiting leading collective operators, member cultivators, patient activists, and experts in MMJ testing, finance, and law. In short, PCA-LA is from LA, for LA.

PCA-LA Mission Statement

"Greater Los Angeles is the heart and economic engine of the American MMJ world. Here in the Southland we serve more patients, operate more collectives, and by measurable scientific standards cultivate the best quality MMJ in the nation. Here we generate, test, and bring to market cutting edge products and new ideas ideas. More controversial MMJ law is written and adjudicated here than in almost everywhere else in the country combined."
